Please make sure you have registered and then select “Enter Images & Data” to see the items requested by Sam’s for your vendor number. Also please refer to the data and image guidelines below and to the left of the screen for full details.

Sam's Club Suppliers:
Follow the steps below to ensure data and images for your items will appear on samsclub.com.
Step1
Register as a user to receive your username & password.
You only need to register once.
Contact Kwikee for username and password resets.
Step2
Choose an option for providing images and data.
Option 1: Upload your own images & data - $55 per SKU
Review the Sam's Club Image Guidelines and Data Field Guidelines documents.
Proceed to Enter Images & Data to complete the requirements.
Download the Data Field Upload Template and enter your data.
Proceed to Submit Completed Data Forms.
Please Note: On the Enter Images & Data Online page, you are given the option to review what you have entered before submitting.
OR
Option 2: Send Live Samples to Kwikee - $55 per SKU
a) Complete a Packing List Form for items you are shipping.
b) Send live samples and completed packing list form, properly packed and shipped to:

Kwikee will capture the image and data to meet the Sam's Club Guidelines. We will also provide you with the image and data files for your own use.
